You are my sales assistant. Below is the transcript of a sales call I just had. I am the seller. Write me a follow-up email I can send today. Requirements: 1. Match how I actually spoke on the call. Warm, direct, no corporate filler. Short sentences. 2. Subject line: specific, referencing something concrete from the call. Not "Great speaking today". 3. Open by referencing a specific detail they mentioned, so it is obvious this is not a template. 4. Recap what they told me they need, in their own words, as 2–4 bullets. 5. Address any objection or hesitation they raised, briefly and honestly. Do not oversell. 6. End with the agreed next step, including a concrete date or time, and make it easy to say yes. 7. Keep the whole email under 150 words. Then, separately from the email, give me: • CRM notes — their situation, budget signals, timeline, who the decision makers are, and any risk to the deal. • Objections raised — each one, plus how I should handle it next time. • Three next steps — with an owner for each. • Coaching — anything I said on the call that I should do better next time. Be blunt. Do not invent anything that is not in the transcript. If something important is missing (budget, timeline, decision maker), list it under "Still unknown — ask next time".
